We aimed to prepare a comprehensive psychosocial intervention plan in a case with multiple traumatic experiences and stress factors. Twenty-four years-old Syrian man applied with nervousness, insomnia, frequent nightmares, hypervigilance, flashbacks, feeling crying, unhappiness and unwillingness to outpatient clinic. There was torture, prison life and traumatic loss in history. In mental state examination, there were indications of disturbed attitude, depressed mood, guilty and worthlessness. It is important to assess all risk and stressor factors in refugee patients who are admitted to the clinic and to prepare a comprehensive psychosocial intervention plan combine with drug treatment.
