Valproate and aripiprazole treatment on bipolar disorder that presented with mixed symptoms that accompanies Wilson disease: a case report

Wilson Disease (WD) is an autosomal recessive congenital disease which can result as a hepatic and neuropsychiatric disease at different degrees. Among 20% of patients, neuropsychiatric symptoms are seen such as mood disorders, personality disorders, and cognitive disorders. In this case report; the connection between brain areas affected because of WH, accompanying bipolar disorder and mixt symptoms are aimed to be discussed.
