Alcohol and drug abuse treatment service Forensic psychiatry clinic for out-patients: Aver- age 50-60 patients per day, average 690-700 patients per month, 50 percent of the patients are alcohol-drug abuse patients, 10 percent of the patients sent from the public notary, 15 percent of the patients send from the courts for the assessment of ward, 8-10 percent of the patients send for criminal capacity. Forensic correspondence unit: Response of the questions from the courts, correspondence of the compulsory hospitalizations. Health Committee: Starts at 01:00 p.m. every day, involvement of three reporters, participation of four psychiatrists; additionally report room, controlled abandon unit, preservation service and forensic service are also functioning in psychiatric hospitals. Adversities: Intensive number of the patients, limited number of employee in forensic psychi- atry unit, problems with the association between the hospital and the courts, limited number of the psychiatric wards.

AMATEM (D.S. hastalarının yatarak tedavisi) Adli Psikiyatri Polikliniği: Günde ortalama 50-60 hasta (30-100), ayda ortalama 690 hasta görül- mektedir. Hastaların yaklaşık %50’si denetimli serbestlik şubelerinden gelen hastalardır. %10’u noterden yönlendirilen, %15’i vesayeti sorulan, %8-10’u ceza ehliyeti sorulan kişilerdir. Adli Yazışma Birimi: Mahkeme ve savcılıktan gelen yazıların cevaplandırılmasında iki kişi görevlidir, zorunlu yatış kararları. Sağlık Kurulu: Her gün saat 13’te başlar. Üç sağlık memuru ve ortalama 4 psikiyatrist katılır; raporlar heyet sırasında yazılıp imzalanır, kayıt edilir. Ayrıca rapor odası, denetimli serbestlik birimi, muhafaza servisi ve adli serviste de adli psikiyatri ile ilgili gerekenler yapılmaktadır. Zorluklar: Yoğun hasta potansiyeli, sınırlı perso- nel sayısı, mahkeme ile ilişkilerde sorunlar, özel- likle denetimli serbestlik hastaları için servis koşulları açısından yatışların zorluğu ve rande- vuların doluluğu.
