Information on the history of Alpha Psychiatry
Alpha Psychiatry started its publication life as Anatolian Journal of Psychiatry in 2000. In late 2020, AVES started to publish the journal and have made significant structural improvements.
As of 2021; the journal has changed its title to Alpha Psychiatry, ceased print publication, and the publication language has become English. With a new webpage and the online submission system, the journal now offers its authors and readers a more user-friendly experience and uncomplicated evaluation and publication processes.
We have informed all the indexes and the databases regarding the title change, including Science Citation Index Expanded and Scopus. Since the update processes may take some time, authors are suggested to check the journal’s indexing information with its previous title.
