Offence and responsibility of punishment in a situation depends on whether this situation is accepted offence among law or not. No behavior might be punished unless the behavior is ac- cepted as offence in law. One of the principal roles of the clinicians is to improve the patient mentally and somatically. The basic element of the responsibility in clinicians is to practice in accordance with law and ethical borders. In the current presentation, the main principals of responsibility, does and does not that might lead offence in general and particularly psychiatry practice will be discussed.
